The 1970s Look

Groovy

I was just viewing the Discover Art page on Society6 and it seems to me that all the curated artwork is very 1970s themed.

When I scan down the page it reminds me of the posters that my sister had in her house when she just got married in the 1970s. Which also reminds me of eating beefburger sandwiches (made from Birds Eye beefburgers covered with Heinz salad cream in sandwiches made with white sliced bread of course).

I’d love to share some here (1970s artwork not beefburgers) but you’ll just have to head over to Society6 if you want to see what I mean.

For the record, I can honestly say that I don’t really understand Society6 – do people ever visit the site and buy things??

I don’t understand how to share artwork from their website – I can’t insert their banners or showcase my art here as the codes don’t work, so getting affiliates sales of my own or other’s artwork is incredibly difficult.

Now Zazzle (above) I understand (and I have made three sales today on there) but Society6? I just don’t get it.
